W.O.P.R. - a launcher for QEMU (portable)

1. Unzip anywhere you can write to (Downloads, D:\WOPR, a USB drive), not Program Files.
2. Run WOPR.exe. Windows may warn that it is from an unknown publisher (SmartScreen):
   "More info", then "Run anyway".
3. x86 systems use Windows Hypervisor Platform. If it is off they still run, slowly.
To turn it on: Start, "Turn Windows features on or off", tick Windows Hypervisor Platform,
   restart Windows.

Settings (wopr.ini), the log (wopr.log) and your systems (machines\) are kept next to WOPR.exe,
so the whole folder can move. Downloaded install media go to the drive you pick.

Needs: Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), a Direct3D 11 GPU, a CPU from 2009 or later (x86-64-v2).

qemu\mesa\ is Mesa (OpenGL on Vulkan, through Zink) for QEMU's qegl device, which gives a Mac OS X
10.4 Tiger guest Quartz Extreme and Core Image on your GPU with the guest drivers and guide from
https://wopr.v2core.com. It needs the GPU's Vulkan driver (current NVIDIA, AMD and Intel drivers).

QEMU, Mesa and the libraries in qemu\ are free software; see licenses\ and source\.
